Here is the great presentation for the steam fish head. they are serving with variety of style for the fish head. we just order the best taste ever for " zheong jing" style. for those who like a bit spicy around that will be the favor choice. mix up with a lot of ginger, "mien si", "dao si", "small chili". the most important was they using the fresh fish head. if you had taken this fish head before, i think other just so so only .

Order for a plate of vegetable " fried su maio" . just like to eat this "vege" don't know why. haha

Here is my plate with full with rice, the fish is really great taste. not too old after steam. remember do not order the big size fish head because the textural will be kinda of "too old".
