3 Poh Chicken Rice
here come the chicken rice with mixer around "cha siew" , "ham dan", "bai zan chicken". lighting is out of control on this picture because of my phone camera quality. haha . let go on the taste around , the ingredient is a good match to this 3 poh rice. rice tinted with a bit sweat " kicap", flavour the taste a bit different from the malaysia style chicken rice, i think is hong kong style actually, try to mix "cha siew" , "ham dan", "bai zan chicken" with the rice while eating i can cliamed that is great combo.
